The Hawkins Tree Farm is a fully operational “in-ground” tree business situated on 219.48 acres strategically located between Edgewood and Wills Point, Texas with almost one mile of frontage on US Highway 80. Founded in 1985 by the current owner, the farm has over 45 varieties of shade and ornamental trees, crape myrtles, hollies and native grown varieties. The current “in-ground” inventory is estimated to be close to 55,000 trees at various stages of growth. There are 6 small lakes for irrigation and with the sale comes all of the equipment necessary to plant, maintain and harvest the inventory. Retail value of the inventory is estimated to be $11M.
